I don’t just love this book because it was released on my birthday. An imagineer creates the most magnificent contraption. Kids are fabulous. And there’s a bibliography, of sorts, at the end. Educational, inspiring and Girls are Best.

Christopher Cheng is on a roll! This is the third new book of his I have seen just in the past few weeks, and they are all wonderful. This celebrates imagination and creativity, while also exploring the value of things past and listening to the wisdom of experience. It also gives lots of information about items we might find tucked away in Grandma or Grandpa's house that we don't understand what they are for. A fascinating book.
