This was an intriguing (and terrifying) idea. As a mother (and nervous flyer) I was looking forward to the dread I knew this book would give me 😅

Unfortunately, it was just not well executed. The writing was insanely repetitive and very- im not sure how to express this - action-heavy? I suppose? I understand it's a thriller but I just didnt jive with the writing well.

I felt for the mother but omg Reading about her was just so utterly annoying I found it hard to enjoy.

I stuck through because I was honestly concerned about the baby and wanted to see what happened. It's was a meh resd for me.

The ending didn’t really make sense to me. I don’t really get the motive as to why the son was taken. If it was jacks boss it would’ve made sense but random people a lil weird tbh.
