One of the greatest manga series ever written. Urasawa is an incredibly talented storyteller as well as artist. I greatly admire the art of the story. His style is perfect for this thriller, as it really grounds it in different way from a lot of other manga. Dr. Tenma is a fantastic character with a very strong moral compass and his journey to right what he views as his personal mistake is very thrilling. Anyone who mistakenly thinks of graphic novels as a lesser medium of storytelling needs to read this series immediately.

A really promising start to what seems like a creepy and suspenseful series. The only thing I'd have to say is that the art style isn't all that captivating or dynamic, but the writing and the storyline(s) make up for that.
