This is a great anthology of writing and interviews, split into three sections - Before, During and After Stonewall. There's a wide variety of pieces here, including essays, interviews, personal accounts and it was really interesting learning about the events from people who were there and through their own words. I listened to the audiobook which was really good because it's narrated by a full cast and features some original interview recordings. There were a few pieces I didn't quite understand, just because I felt like I needed a bit more information about the people or organisations mentioned. However generally I found this a really good resource for learning more about the historical context for Stonewall and how the LGBTQ rights movement in the USA developed afterwards.
