This is so heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time, I never thought a story about ping pong could be so emosh !

volume two somehow manages to grow and improve from volume one, much like the characters
but curse this comic, a beano never made me cry and a dandy did neither

Did I ever expect a manga series about ping pong to be the best thing I've read this year so far, if not possibly one of my all-time favourite stories? And did I expect the ending to be so emotionally poignant it had me sobbing for the last thirty pages? ABSOLUTELY NOT. Long story short, I'm in awe and so grateful for whatever whim that made me pick this series up.
