The first half was good. Second half was hard to read.

I loved this book, I couldn't put it down. Sadly it touches on areas about child abuse but it makes it real. I wouldn't call it a panty melting romance but I would call it a love story. I real love story about two people who suffer together but also thrive together.

This book will never win a Pulitzer but I don't give a shit. It's got some of my favorite traits in easy-reading books: romance and angst. In this case it's teenagers with angst, but they actually have some legit reasons to be angsty. It made me feel all the emotions. There are some John-Green levels of dialogue and wit, which I heart a lot.

Also? You won't see it coming. This book was not what I was expecting, and it's hard to surprise me these days. Read it. Now.

Talk about a heart wrenching story! Just like so many of CoHo books I have read this one has me in all my feels, and the story of Sky and Holder has me so heartbroken and relieved at the same time. Definitely trigger warning type book, but I think this is one of my favorites in the plethora of CoHo books I have now read.

Honestly this is a heavy one, definitely makes you feel for the characters and the connection is one I really do like but I feel like I liked the beginning better than the end. The end was left a little bit rushed to me, like all the missing pieces were pulled together so fast without an outcome

I…did not enjoy this. Will I read the sequel? Yes. Why? Not sure.
