This volume was basically about training to defeat Titans. I personally don't have anything wrong with training arcs, only that they are not as exciting as actual fights.

This volume could have delved much deeper into the characters and their relationships with one another. We were introduced to another character. Sasha a.k.a. Potato girl is probably one of the better characters of the series. It is always nice when a character has a ridiculous hobby - in this case potatoes.

The only thing I hate about this volume is that the scenes are not in chronological order, as opposed to the anime. But still, I do not have a proper reason to hate on this. Moving on to volume 5!!!
