I listened to this and really enjoyed it. I probably would give the audiobook a 3.5 stars- Understanding that I would have liked to have the reference photos handy. Also, toward the end, I think the book would have been better to read the narratives put together with her recordings.

Michelle McNamara has made following her relentless and obsessive journey impossible to put down. The way she recounts the stories and lives of the real people affected by the Golden State Killer makes you feel more and more for her desire to see him face justice. The fact that she managed to do so much for the investigation against this serial killer blows my mind and I am glad that they were able to fulfill her wish even if she wasn't there to see it. Was reccomend this book by a friend and would 100% reccomend this book to anyone interested in a 5 star read.
