This book shouldn't exist. Maybe I was far too introspective as an adolescent but if this is your type of spiritual self-help for adults, just have like a few introspective and philosophical thoughts to yourself for a few moments and you'll be better off.

I love this book so much. It is a funny story how I got it and I will never forget. A woman from sherborn recommended to me after I dog sat for her. It was a tail that explored what it means to follow your heart and soul.
