Going for 5 because I really felt the pull of the writing style. It felt like the words were placed on the page in a way that felt natural to my brain, allowing me to be immersed in the story. Mike, Ben, and their people are such a normal story. Nothing fucking insane or twisty surprising happens. It’s just feels so good to watch them eat and love each other.

I loved this book so much oh my god. I was laughing and and crying and literally staring at the wall after i finished it. Bryan Washington drops the hardest bars during casual conversations among the characters. 10/10.

Raw and riveting. A love story that beats to the complicated pulse of these character's lives.
The photos are so random though, and I wish they weren't such an afterthought.
