Glory just might be my favorite character. She shows a different mindset of the dragons in the story and she provides good point of view for young readers. She is a little harder in her message however.

This is definitely my favorite of the first arc books. I love Glory as a main character and it was so much fun to explore Rainwing culture. I adore how sarcastic Glory is, and how devoted and determined she is to the dragons she chooses. We also meet some fun side characters in this book, like Jambu, Kinkajou, and Deathbringer, which gives Glory some good characters to play off of. Overall, I really enjoyed this book.

My daughter loves this series. The dragons in this book are gorgeous and I may have squeeled a little when the sloths first made their appearance. These books are gorgeous, funny and cute. I enjoy reading them to my daughter just as much as she enjoys listening to me read it. She is fully capable of reading this on her own but still wants mommy to read to her at night.
