4.5 stars — I really enjoyed this book. It started a little slow for me but when it picked up I couldn’t put it down. I loved that the girl was for the most part confident with minor insecurities - something I related too. And Liam, the perfect ladies man with a good side has you falling in love with him too. I could see this being an adorable movie.

Struggled with the first 25% but flew through the rest. So much love for the story and characters! I will be reading the other books in this series ASAP!
lighthearted slow-paced
Plot or Character Driven: Character
Strong character development: Complicated
Loveable characters: Complicated
Diverse cast of characters: Yes
Flaws of characters a main focus: Yes

Read it in one day on the couch but mainly because it was easy to skim.
Writing was so so and even had some typos in it but the story was cute and the cast of characters in the family added extra and humor.

Toward the end, it felt like the author was barreling toward the conclusion and skipping some key convos to get there.

cute, easy read. 3 stars cause of the cringe dialogue

Cute plot line! The characters were a little too perfect, especially Daisy. Too “weirdly smart” ugh I don’t want to hear it lol. By the end I was kind of tired of how predictable everything was, but also that’s just my typical experience with romance books. I probably would’ve loved this book more but I think I hit my max of romance for a while

So cute/fun!

Never read a romance where the hero shares your supervisor's name. I really liked the depiction of family, both the large supportive Desi family as well as the dysfunctional one that I can relate to.

It was ok, did not capture my full attention.

Had to DNF, and I only got up to page 100
