Fifth book in PDA series by Milly Taiden.
Maya is a bank receptionist how is trying to get with her life after braking up with a loser Bud.
Her mother and sister are the least supportive people on planet and think her whole happiness would be answered if she lost weight.
Noah moved in the same apartment building as Maya only to realise she's his mate but while she was dating loser Bud Noah wouldn't hope that she'd notice him.
Gerri is Noah's godmother as promises if he gives her one chance to fix him up and doesn't work she'll never try again. In a stroke of luck Noah's surprise dating is no other then is sexy dancing in her underwear neighbour Maya.
Enjoyed the lonesome shy and incredibly sexy panther Noah but felt quite sorry for him as he didn't seem to have any friends.
MT has used stalkering won't take no for an answer ex storyline before but was hilarious Noah telling where to go.
Hoping for a more change of pace but can't complain about price with it free on unlimited kindle. Great HEA.

~ 4.5 Tall, Dark and Panther Stars ~

Tall, Dark and Panther is book five in the Paranormal Dating Agency by Milly Taiden. I like picking up a little smut every now and then and Ms. Taiden is the Smut Queen.

I loved it! Ms. Taiden has a way of writing powerful confident curvy women, smoking hawt sex scenes, and some fun characters. Noah is one hot panther shifter. I adored him! Maya is a funny and sassy women. I loved her confidence. I enjoy the possessiveness that the shifters in this series have of their mates. I also love Gerri Wilder who gets write down to the nit and grit of finding the perfect match. The story flows and you feel the attraction between the characters.

There is one spot that made me knock my rating down a half a point. I just had a small issue with a comment Noah makes during a very hot scene. The comment was about getting Maya Pregnant (you will know the spot, when you read it). Now sometimes I have issues with this and others not so much.

I adore this series and love reading a little smut especially after a harder read. If you are looking for something fun, naughty and with some humor, then you need to pick up Milly Taiden.

How do *I* meet Gerri?

As always, this was a fun, short read. There were a few things left up in the air, and since so far we haven't revisited any of the couples, I expect we won't ever get those answers. But they were not anything that will keep me up at night, to not know the outcome of those little things. If you like Milly Taiden or April Angel, I recommend you read this book and series!!

Quick and easy read.
Not really much of an intrigue, and the characters are not the ones you will remember when you put the book down. This is the 3rd book in the series and I still don't feel the author put any work into her world building. It's limping along without a steady foundation.

The resolution of the small twists are a bit too easy.
Spoiler like Bud just suddenly find an other woman who also gets him to se that he'd been an total ass to Maya. And he feels like he has to apologize. Or the whole family issue she has going on with her miter and sisters. That one is just glossed over. Why introduce the issues if you don't plan on using them to the fullest?

If I didn't already have the rest of the series lined up, I would probably not continue this series at this point. Possibly later.

The formula is ok but the writing can be really cringe. Probably going to read this author again though, love the length of these books
