L.M. Montgomery sure loves an estranged uncle reuniting with the family haha.
Quick, festive, fun to revisit old favorite characters and meet new ones.

I purchased a used copy of this book earlier this year, so I was really excited to be able to read it during December!
This book is a collection of chapters and short stories that centre around Christmas and New Year’s written by L.M. Montgomery and edited by Rea Wilmshurst.
This was a lovely collection to read in December! The stories themselves are quite simple, but they all have L.M. Montgomery’s signature charm and humour. Some of the stories were quite similar in their structure and plot, but they all had positive messages and I’m so glad I have this book in my collection.

This was a collection of very predictable stories, but they were sweet. I got basically what I expected and wanted out of these short stories, which was to read something that was light and happy that could put me in the Christmas spirit. I always like L.M. Montgomery's writing, even if her stories were not really that unique or surprising.
