This book was so random. I know Nancy is a great detective, but she’s literally a child. So WHY do so many adults give her unlimited information? Like is there no confidentiality? Also why was there a full detour to describe an entire football game. It just feels like Nancy needs to stop sticking her nose in other people’s business. Also Nancy keeps putting herself in super unsafe situations and I hate that she never learns

Not the best and all the play-by-play football added nothing to the story

Nancy Drew is always an enjoyable read. My only complaint about this one was that every few pages Nancy suffers a near death experience so much so that it gets to be a little... predictable.

The audiobook narrator of this book is downright goofy. She went into the studio and said I'm going to make some unhinged creative choices today and they just let her.

I read 15 or 20 of these books when I was younger. And I've decided to start reading them all the way through, buying which ones I don't own as I go. This one was not as interesting to me as the previous seven in the series. Mostly because it felt like they were chasing paper and leads for a good portion of the book. I also felt the two and a half pages describing a football game was kind of unnecessary. I'm not sure how this compares to the original edition but I do hope to read that one someday as well.
