Seriously the “I thought I had more time” scene *fans face* asdfghjkl
Still slow burn but not to Winnipeg’s degree. Again well written, interesting/engaging story and loveable (😏 and lustable) characters. Mariana Zapata is definitely an automatic read author for me, gives me the warm and fuzzies that a comfort read should 🥰 and obvs my prerequisited HEA.
I loved Iris and Dex, their relationship and their ability to communicate through their issues; so f*cking sexy! Also multiple awesome side characters that I would love to read more about too!!
