Brilliant, mesmerizing first few chapters; entertaining for the first 100 chapters or so, with good character writing for our leads and a lot of moments where reality intrudes on manga stereotypes. Would have been better at 1/2 the length, though — every new chapter just feels like we're dragging things out at this point.
