Tropes: Fake relationship, workplace/school romance, guy falls first
My main issues with the book were that Olive just wasn't doing it for me. Her blatant disregard for Adam's feelings and refusal to communicate at all were really frustrating to me.
There were also two throw away jokes about diabetes, which were in poor taste. That dropped it from a four to a three for me. Authors stop making jokes about chronic illnesses, please. It's not adding anything to your book.

There is a mention of disfigurement and it is in passing as a joke but is definitely ableist.
