Loved this book! I listened to the audiobook version and hearing the experiences of the author in her own voice made it that much more enjoyable. Loads of great tips provided in a very realistic manner.

I would recommend this to anyone on their waitlist for a diagnosis or just got their diagnosis, or even me, whose been ignoring her ADHD, trying to focus on the pots or chronic fatigue symptoms she's been facing. 

Really easy to read or listen to, very accurate in reporting scientific information, and hits you in the feels at certain points.
