I really enjoyed this book. It was informative, contemporary and the author is a very talented writer. Not a full 5 stars only because it isn't a book I'll keep in my collection.

This was a good review of some specifics of British history, I liked the summary towards the end of each chapter which provided some modern context as well. Altogether a quick and easy read.
