Chock full of details about why the why and how serial killers kill; who gets classified as a serial killer; the other types of killers out there and finally many real life examples, this book will give a fascinating insight to the mind of a killer and someone in the Behavioral sciences unit

FIRST OF ALL, THIS IS DISTURBING AND VERY GRAPHIC!
But I honestly loved it, though some parts i had to skip because it was getting too much. This is definitely not for anyone who gets disturbed or grossed out easily, but for people who are interested in reading about all sorts of serial killers, this is such a well rounded book to start off with!

Overall this was probably a 3-star for me but I bumped it up to a 4 star because of one simple fact:

Listened to the audiobook and I really enjoyed the narration. As for the book itself, it was alright. A lot of the cases mentioned here were known to me (but that’s because I read a lot about Serial Killers and True Crime

If you love to learn about serial killers, this is the book for you. It's a very thorough look at serial murder. Although it definitely covers some of the more well known serial killers, it also covers a number of lesser-known serial killers as well. This is definitely a must-read for those of us who are fascinated by the world of serial murder!
