Great book for any traveler or anyone that works with people outside the US. In all honesty, it’s probably a good book for anyone that gets frustrated with other people...it does a great job of explaining how different people see time, communication, and relationships.
The audiobook gets minus 0.5 stars because some of the accents (Hispanic/Mexican for example) were terrible.

It was a good book and interesting. I would've maybe wanted a little more different countries in the examples though like African countries were barely mentioned, but overall pretty well talked about a lot of countries.

An overview of culture differences in different spectrum, not in depth, but good enough to raise awareness:
- Low context (explicit) vs High context (implicit) communication
- Direct vs Indirect negative feedback
- Principle vs Application first persuading method. And a completely different one which is holistic way of viewing problem.
- Egalitarian vs Hierarchy leadership
- Consensual vs Top-down decision making
- Task-based vs Relationship-based trusting
- Confrontational vs Harmony
- Linear-time vs Flexible-time scheduling.

The categorization is based more on author's personal experiences, observations, the book contains a lot of anecdotes. Author sometimes mentioned some scientific researches, however it bugged me abit that there's no references to those researches, maybe it's just an audiobook problem?
