I just can't get past the art, which in my opinion is awful. And it's honestly missing the best parts of Red Rising: the intricate politics, moral dilemmas, and complex characters. For those reasons, I don't think a comic/graphic novel is the best medium for stories set in this world. Maybe if you are someone who likes Red Rising for the action it would be more enjoyable, but for me it just doesn't have the same magic as the novels.
I'm going to persevere because I love Red Rising, and want all the content I can get, but I have a feeling that this is just not for me.

That was fascinating. It was good to be back in this world albeit for a short while.
