I’m torn between 3 and 3.5 but putting it at a full 4 felt generous. I didn’t hate it by any means, but these books are so short that it’s hard to fully develop the characters

This book was just as fast and enjoyable as the other two.
Brandon was that loyal, quick witted friend. Charlie has been goal oriented most of her life. When she rents the space by the tattoo shop, she's quickly flustered every time she's around Brandon. While he believes she's way too innocent for him there is just something that keeps bringing him back. But when Staci and Livvy set Charlie up with David, things get a bit complicated. Watching these two stumble through their feelings, is sweet, sexy and highly entertaining. Great ending to this interconnected series.

I was really excited for this book and it was a quick and fun read, but I just felt like it was missing something. I'm not sure what, but just something.
But I did enjoy their relationship and seeing Parker, Liv, Mason, and Staci again. Also the jealous possessiveness got to me too...as it always does.

3.5⭐️ Really cute, sweet and funny! story about a bakery girl who meets the landlord tattoo bad boy who’s next door. This story is a real slow burn with some sexy scenes but not a lot considering the woman we’re working with. I really like the story of Brandon bc we think we know who he is bc he’s an incessant flirt and we know the group he hangs with.

this is my fav of the series. very much loved the angst and it was a quick read
I have completely fallen for this series and this book was no exception. I was really excited to get my hands on this so when the opportunity came up to read this early I snagged it. And I was definitely not disappointed . Brandon and Charlie's story hooked me from the beginning. I also loved seeing the other couples and what they were up to. This series is one of my favorites. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Definitely a must read!!
