This is just your typical erotic romance novel, while it's definitely more erotic than it is a story it's still a pretty good read. The plot while quite minor is quite interesting and does add an extra layer to the story. However, I do wish there were more intimate conversations between Sage and Garret, I wish we saw them both begin to heal emotionally outside of just their sexual healing.
All in all a decent read when you want something quick and not too deep to past the time.

While this is the 2nd in the series it can be read as a stand alone. I would highly suggest reading Saved first but it is not necessary.
Zeke and Rayna have an appearance in the first book in the series and I was thrilled to follow up with them in Cuffed.
Zeke a street rat turned Special Forces badass thinks he is too broken and too dangerous to be with anyone permanently.
Rayna is still fighting the demons from her being kidnapped, held hostage and rescued. She does know she has some unresolved feelings for her rescuer Zeke.
Once again Ms. Payne takes us on am amazing roller coaster. Twists, turns,ups, downs, tears, joy and a need for new batteries (wink wink)

Wow... this book has it all. Heat, suspense, action, passion and all things in between.
Angel Payne has never been one to shy away from the darker side of romances and this was no exception. I found myself captivated by this plot! I first fell in love with Zeke and Rayna in Saved (book 1 of the honor bound series) and I’m so thrilled Angel created a deeper story line for them.
This tale is full of hot and steamy bdsm kink scenes, suspense, a darker side to romance. A man known for his bravery and a woman struggling with a traumatic past. Zeke and Rayna are forced to be reckoned with. As the story progresses, the love between them thickens. It was obvious from the beginning that these two would be explosive as hell and it would be one hell of a story. It had my emotions all over the place. My heart broke in a million pieces with what Rayna went through, but to see her grow from it, and Zeke helping that happen and opening her up to a world that she’d only fantasised about was so addictive, so captivating and I couldn’t put the book down! And, wow... this story was so damn hot! Be prepared for a hot as hell, emotional and bumpy ride!

This was an amazing read! I've been waiting for Handcuffed by her Hero since I finished the first book Saved by his Submissive. Angel Payne is a fantastic writer, with a smooth narrative and dialogue that rings true. Zeke is all alpha male while showing his compassionate side, both mixing together here flawlessly. I mean seriously? Special Forces AND Dom? That's a recipe for Hotness any day and Angel did a perfect job of reeling me in and keeping me on the edge of my seat! HOT HOT HOT scenes that blend perfectly into the ongoing plot!!! A MUST READ!
