I really liked this, even though I didn't like the characters and it was as hard to suspend disbelief. Amanda was... something. A truly flawed person with no path forward. Patrick was stuck with no way out. Marissa was terrible, but the reasons why were legit awful. And Derrick was the worst, but he was a product of his influences. I got lost in the math; it was a little too much for me. Overall a great debut novel and I'm excited for Washington's next work.
