A fine example of traditional haunted house horror. Though I think the large cast of the book took away from its overall impact (each having their own firm backstory and drive where the resolution didn't always feel satisfying), it really is a nice book to pick up when you wanted to read about a ghost in a house.

Good Book

I really enjoyed this book. I liked the buildup of everything and overall it was a really creepy read. Enough so that I kept some lights on because while I’m not scared of the dark I’m scared of what could be lurking in it
