i really like this book, the main problem for me was how fast paced it was. im fine with fast paced but not when it makes the story unbelieveble. the whole series happens in like a month
i really like the male main character. he was dark, dangerous and bossy without being an ass/abusive as many of male protagonist are portrayed.
he was not perfect and lied (a lot), but most dark romances have male characters with the worst possible personality so i was pleasantly surprised
also liked the heroine, she was strong and brave. but she was not working the whole time so she did nothing during the day/when she wasn’t with main male character, (other than reading - lol same) and that was quite underwhelming
overall enjoyed the book and the writing and i’m gonna be reading more books from the author
