Cardan is on the throne as the puppet High King. Jude is trying to fight against the Fae court in order to keep keep him there. This instalment kept a fair pace with enough heartache and betrayal to peak interest. In typical Fae fashion I am left waiting for book three. Frustrated doesn’t cut it to describe my emotions post completion and for me, that’s what made it a great read.
