Lala has had a wild ride and it was interesting learning her story. She’s one of my favorite in VPR. The book very much reads like how she talks, so I found it fun. It is sad though to read all the sections about Randall and see how that relationship turned out.

Love lala but she obviously didn’t need to “write” a book… now with that being said- hearing the way she talked about Randall was fucking nauseating, but the parts about her relationship with her family were nice.
