The book was a quick drama-filled read and made me want to yell at the characters a few times because the story had a lot of twists and turns that had me inwardly screaming “no” and “why”... but it captivated me and kept me up all night long.
Summers books pull me in and keep me there until the last page is read. This book was no different. Jason and Kiera are two of my favorite characters that I have met from Summer’s books.
Definitely recommend for a quick, fun read.

Jason and Keira finally get their happily ever after. It definitely isn’t a fairytale. After Jason runs from New York he spirals. Kiera isn’t doing any better. Both of them have made a few mistakes but love concurs all. And when they are finally brought back together. Not even the threat of death will stop them from finally getting their happy ending. This book was a sweet and fun read and I can’t wait for Simon and Fallon’s story next!

I thought this was an okay story. Kiera was kinda horrible (to her new friends, her dad, whatever), and when people call her out she plays a 'woe is me' card. Jason was kinda a chicken shit for running away.
We also never get closure on what happens to her mom.
