I picked this up at the Tower of London because I was walking around completely confused reading about various English monarchs. This is not a masterpiece, but I got a good basic background so that I can walk around London and have a basic understanding.

Very simply our history! Wish there was a big family tree at the end you could reference.

It’s actually 4.5 stars. It’s really good to get an overview on the English Kings and Queens. The only thing I’m missing is a family tree so that I don’t have to look who is the father of whom and everything. But that’s such a minor detail.
