THIS BOOK IS JUST SO FUCKING BEAUTIFUL,I LOVE EVERY SINGLE CHAPTER OF THIS MASTERPIECE THE BEST BOOK I HAVE READ IN 2022 FOR SURE THIS IS EVERYTHING AND MORE NOAH THE MAN THAT U ARE HE IS MY STANDARD THATS ALL FOR ME GO READ THIS FUCKING BOOK BYE. GIVES BLINDING THE 13 VIBES
What in the childish-trying-too-hard-to-sound-like-teenagers writing is this?? This is just TSITP with a different font isn't it? Why is her brother so creepy and obsessed with her, and why is there yet another girl best friend who’s always SOOO loud and “free spirited” compared to the FMC? I’m only 5% in and already want to scream at these teenagers who are desperate to be "complex". And why on earth are a bunch of parents giving their kids a property at 18 to share?? That is literally a disaster waiting to happen. Are these people billionaires or something, because since when is beachfront property just a casual gift to children and their best friends??

Noah is my roman empire. It's been months and I'm starting to get concerned with how often I think of this fictional character.. but he's just so perfect! The only flaws in this book for me were the spicy scenes. The words the author chose to use were just cringey. Otherwise, I didn't want this book to end!
OH MY GOSH SO CUTE but also the most devastating thing I’ve read at the same time. I love them so much and I am FIGHTING WHOEVER MAKES THEM UNHAPPY INCLUDING CHASE. Noah Riley the man that you are and I love her friends actually so freaking cute made me so happy. Smash every man in this book except chase
-They say first love last forever. I hope they're wrong.
did I absolutely love this book? yes. will I be reading book 2? NO
listen … I was the biggest hater at first, and then it got good and it literally destroyed me :’( I almost docked a star for the terrible dialogue at the beginning & the weird personality trait of relating everything to song lyrics … so cringe. Also the names of the characters ALL being so basic had me lost on who was who and which one was the brother or the love interest until I thought at one point the brother was the love interest and I was like NOPE that’s not Noah PFFFT that’s Mason!! How could I mix up 2 cliche jock names??? And then enters Cameron (who is her girl bestie), Brady and Chase … help me.
But to be real … this lowkey might be one of my new fav love stories like Noah Riley the man that you are … they don’t exist in this world at all. Was this book terribly drawn out? Yes. Did I eat it up though? You know the answer to that. The last chapters had me STRESSED cuz why make it seem like she was ending up with that one … I was abt to lose it. While there really was no plot the pacing and growth of the characters and their love story was UGH chefs kiss … ba dum tsssss !!! I won’t be reading book 2 cuz tbh Chase can’t be redeemed. I would read this again which I can’t quite say about most romance books. I genuinely thought this was just gonna be another boring steamy romance from booktok but it had me Notebook level emotional fr. Read this.

There was no reason for this to be 600 pages long. Absolutely no reason. This could have been 300 pages shorter and there would be no difference to the story. In fact, it would have been so much better if it were half its length.
The third act conflict genuinely pissed me off. It's been a while since a book pissed me off like this. It was 3 stars until the author pulled that shit in the third act and then painfully DRAGGEDDDDD it til the very end. The rating nosedived and crashed into the ground then.
I had nearly dnfed it 40% in but I pushed through to give it a proper chance. I regret it. Severely. I could have used all this time to read another more deserving book. I'm genuinely so mad that I wasted a precious whole day on this book.
The characters were so immature to the point where it was unrealistic and they seemed like caricatures of human beings. The plot was literally a sitcom but it wasn't funny. It was a teenage trashy TV show plot, if that's what you're into. The love triangle was one of the most annoying ones I've read in YEARS. And while I had predicted the 3rd act conflict, I'm more annoyed it actually happened and it was milked for all the drama it wasn't worth for.
I probably wouldn't be as mad if this were shorter but I sat through 600 pages of this, I'm fuming. To everyone who recommended me this book, I hope your next read is a 1 star. I'm a petty bitch.
