Wow, was this great. Even manages to improve Civil War II, which I didn't hate but quickly forgot once it was over.

One of the better Steve Rogers issues because it was directly related to a lot of the things going on in the Civil War II plot line and filled in some plot holes in that arc. Even though it filled in that series, the actual Captain America: Steve Rogers story has been painstakingly slow to me. I'm probably still going to end buying this after the next issue.
