Michaela Angemeer is a TikTok creator and poet who in this poetry collection, reflects on childhood, love, heartbreak, her bisexual identity, and much more tidied up in a neat 127 pages. Though the collection is really brief, there was a lot within the pages that I related to and things that squeezed my heart a bit. I enjoyed my time reading this today, but I still have pretty major gripes with the amount of page space that gets wasted when a poem is only a sentence or two long. I know that it's a stylistic choice, but it's a stylistic choice that I don't like. I guess I'm just not a minimalist.
Graphic: Death and Racism
Moderate: Child abuse
Minor: Fatphobia and Bullying
