Hot take, actually preferred the first book in the series. All conflicts seemed to be solved within one chapter and it always happened in a very emotional and artificial way. Ending was rushed. Overall had some cute moments but mainly felt like it lacked depth.

I really liked this book. My heart broke for Sloan so many times, and I like the way that Jason takes his time with her. Some parts seemed rushed to me and some of the final conflict seemed too much. Happy ending
