Just sucked. It’s all plot and the plot isn’t good.

Enjoyed the writing, it set the atmosphere very well. The descriptions were also very well done. The whole premise hooked me but the conclusion and what was actually going on just didn’t do it for me. I felt like the ‘big bad’ fell a little flat.

this was a wild ride that left me scratching my head wondering what on earth I just read!

Decent book, far more interesting in the middle than either at the beginning or end. Infact it feels that the enemy gets severely nerfed at the end to allow the heroes to win along with a bunch of extremely shaky science.

Just awful....totally cliched and dull monster. Why is Dean Koontz even popular?
