This book heavily focuses on mental health. It was a bit overwhelming towards the end because tho there was a storyline it was the main point. That being said it’s an amazing story and shows that even when things around you improve depression doesn’t magically disappear.
Graphic: Panic attacks/disorders and Mental illness
Moderate: Suicidal thoughts and Abandonment
Minor: Violence, Self harm, Suicide attempt, Toxic relationship, and Suicide

I thought this was going to be a cute finding new mate after being rejected story. In fact I skimmed the prolong cause I just didn't care enough.
But Nora turns out to be a realistic character fighting to survive. I loved to cuteness if her men and how they all come together in their own ways for her. As far as the world building I liked how each species of shifter claims mates in different ways, and the insta love it instigate helps with the reason for the level if care everyone feels.
It gets pretty heavy with topics of PTSD, severe depression and anxiety. I think the author portrayed the battle of the mind really well, using paranormal elements if being a shifter to help with thar portrayal.
Some of the plot got a bit lost in the character development but I'm hoping that will sort out in the next books.

A little too slow for my liking and knowing it's a trilogy, it's a no for me. Not sure if I'm curious enough to see if it picks up especially since each book gets longer.

Love the mental health representation
Some books claim to represent mental health conditions and maybe they are based on the authors' experiences but they've never felt right to me. Despite the paranormal aspect, this felt like the right book for me based on my own experience with depression. I'm grateful to the author for writing something so heart wrenching but beautiful
