Leaving the galaxy??? This was an odd comic for Star Trek. It feels strange to read such a short form as I'm used to when it comes to comics. But, on the other hand, I love how it picks, getting classic McCoy, Kirk and Spock.

It was only a matter of time before someone tried this, reimagining classic Star Trek episodes for the alternate crew. You can certainly feel the different vibe here. Kirk and Spock not best friends yet, which I appreciate considering the timing, and we've seemingly only have Gary to deal with - Elizabeth withdrew her transfer. It's nothing super special, the art and text both so far, but I'm at a loss as to why this had to be split into two volumes. Why couldn't it have just been in one?
