Had some interesting ideas about love, not all of which made sense.

It was so funny and it talked about love. Love is about respect and I love love and I love you. -S, age 7

For: crayon lovers; Jeffers fans; readers looking for a book about love with colorful illustrations and a sweet tone.

Possible red flags: some may find too simple; the book takes a lot from the original Crayons books, so readers who aren't familiar with those may feel a bit lost.

This book is so sweet! I really love the simplicity of it. The straightforwardness and the adorable illustrations. Each colour loves in their own way and is a great concept for little ones to learn!

A blatant cash grab with a tenuous tie to Valentine's Day. Very disappointing.

This, this was the cutest and is absolutely my favorite. I now have a need to buy a physical copy so I can read it to my Nieces/Nephew.
