One of the actors in the local pantomime is found dead, murdered. There would seem to be quite a few suspects as he was an unlikeable character. But will he be the only victim. DCI Matt Lambert and his team investigate helped by ex-police officer Fabia Havard.
An entertaining and well-written modern mystery. Another good addition to this enjoyable series.
