Hester has a very strong personality, determined, fearless and with a good sense of decision.
Wilde surprises us throughout the story, and now that I'm done, I can say that he surprises us until the last line.

I liked that there were several mysteries in this one story. I couldn't even try to guess how everything would resolve since there were so many components -making it a fun read.
The plot moves quickly and the ending was satisfying.

The end was a little too fansical/hollywood/cheesy but overall this was a fast-paced steady read, which I’ve come to expect from Coben. This is a go-to author for me, particularly when I’m traveling by plane or car for long stretches. The narrator for this did a tremendous job!
