Very good for a mystery novel. Good for a novel in general. Some bits were a little cheesy but overall very enjoyable!!!
I read this because the title intrigued me and because it involves missing teenagers and a boy that was once found in the woods decades earlier. If you think these stories are going to intersect, you are mistaken. If you want to be dragged around into hotel bars, presidential campaigns, Sing Sing Prison, and an Ecocapsule in the forest without any good answers or connections and way too many special agents and bad guys, then go ahead and enjoy.

Not into the story or the characters; I've heard how great of an author Harlan Coben is, so I will give another one of his books a try, but this was the first novel of his that I have read & it wasn't great... There was a ton of characters and way too much going on with the plot. The characters all had such complex and unique backstories, you'd think it would make for a good story, but it made it unbelievable and difficult to follow. Because there was so much going on with both the plot and the characters, it was difficult to stay invested in the book and felt like I had to drag myself through to the end of it.
Eine angenehme Abwechslung. Um ehrlich zu bleiben hat mich das Buch nie auf dem Level gepackt den ich mir von einem Thriller wünsche, allerdings war es sehr angenehm zum Lesen und hat mir wirklich gefallen. Für mich war es die ganze Zeit auf einem gleich bleibendem Level spannend und der eine oder andere Plot twist hätte noch stärker gestaltet werden können. Aber die Geschichte war rund und auch das Ende hat mir sehr gefallen.
