This was an Audible Daily Deal!

I really enjoyed this collection of short stories. I liked being introduced to them by the producers of the TV show and understanding a bit more about the stories themselves before diving in. I think there are such important and timely meanings behind each of these stories - which is sad and amazing considering how long ago they were written. I am so intrigued by this that I am searching out the TV show and plan on using next month's Audible credit on another Philip K. Dick novel!

A selection of short sci-fi stories by Philip K Dick, each with short forewords explaining what they are. They're well-written and have interesting concepts. But be warned, the stories are quite dark; e.g. several protagonists think they are going mad.

It ends up asking profound questions about what as humans we want.

Sales Pitch was the stand-out for me for some reason (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) but all the stories were very atmospheric and enjoyable.

A good set of short stories, quite dark really. All ending on a dark note. Graphic, easy reading and interesting ideas.

Reflects a bad light on human nature, profiteering and damn right killing ourselves

Some really great interesting stories at the beginning, especially ones having to do with questioning reality. Really excited to get more heavily into PKDs more heady stuff.
