This second book in this series is just so so so so good. A handsome, broken , yet strong man and a strong woman who will do anything for her family what more could you ask for.
Following Ian - he’s even more broken than his older brother Jace and he is determined to make partner and eventually have his own legal business.
He meets Grace at a function and is instantly attracted and smitten with her. He knows he should stay away but he just can’t help himself.
This book has ALL the feels - the cast of characters are loveable, sweet, cute, strong and their love surrounds Ian and he finds himself falling for the thing he has avoided most.
Ian needs to fight for Grace and ultimately he needs to go to any length to make sure she is happy.
I love AL Jackson’s writing of the characters feelings and thoughts and her expressions of them makes my heart sing.
Such a great story and there is still one book on the series to go. Lucky me ☺️

Forever and Ever.

A.L. Jackson is known for her ability to reduce her readers to a puddle of tears, lust, and feels. All of Me is no exception. It's a beautiful second chance at life, love, and more. It's fraught with tension, fear, and an evil lurking in the shadows. But it's filled with the innocence, beauty, and hope only children can bring.

Everything about this book pulls you in. It winds itself around your "animal self". Lust swirls in your stomach. Need furrows through your limbs. Protective anger boils through your core. Absolute satisfaction and love with give you an all encompassing glow.

Just know that All of Me will have you Forever and Ever.

“With you . . . for once in my life . . . I wish that I could be someone else. Someone better. That I could be worth it.”

All of Me is intense, gripping, emotional and passionate. Your soul with be torn asunder and your heart remade anew.

“. . . I can feel you etched on my skin. Written on my heart. Marked on me forever. You are my gift. The hero I never expected.”

Ian and Grace’s story is sinful and sweet, filled with despair and hope, heartbreak and love, isolation and family, haunted pasts and new beginnings. It’s a story so beautifully mastered with Jackson’s unique brand of lyrical writing that it will be etched on your heart and stay with you long after the pages end. It will leave you wanting more because It. Is. Just. That. Good.

“Stay with me. Forever. Let’s live again.”
“Forever and ever . . . You have all of me.”

5+ stars!!

All of Me completely blew me away!! It was simply stunning. Beautifully written with the right amount of angst, love and drama. There was also a forbidden element that I couldn’t get enough of. It's been more than a week since finishing this book and I'm still not over it. If I could give this book more than 5 stars, I would. Some of A.L. Jackson’s best work!

A.L. Jackson showed no mercy on my emotions. It was one punch to the feels after another. There were a couple times where I was so overwhelmed by everything I was reading that I was forced to put my kindle down and regroup. I straight up ugly cried my way through most of this story. So worth it though. Gah! Just thinking about it is stirring up all those emotions again. Such a good book.

When we first met Ian Jacobs in More of You, he had a dark bad boy aura surrounding him. I knew his story was going to rock my world. I was right. This guilt ridden, driven bad boy who so inherently good just won my heart. His constant battle with himself over wanting Grace but knowing he shouldn’t have her built an absolute delicious tension. I loved his connection with her. It was definitely an instant attraction but it didn’t feel like cheesy instalove story. Their connection was full of passion and want and heart. The forbiddenness of their relationship only elevated the story. A.L. Jackson did a great job making these characters so well rounded. If you are looking for a heroine who is all strength, heart and determination, then let me direct you towards Grace Dearborne. She’s my favorite character in this story. Although I really really loved Ian, I loved Grace more. When she was close to losing everything she fought harder. Her relationship with her children and the dedication to them is so beautiful. Love, love, loved her.

I cannot recommend this book enough. It’s just so freaking good. This Confession of the Heart series is some of my favorite work from this author. I can’t wait to see what’s next.

All of Me is another hit for A.L. Jackson! I was immediately drawn in and couldn’t put the book down! There are SO many emotions I felt while reading Ian and Grace’s story. This book is emotionally draining (in the best way possible) and left me with a book hangover!! I have always been a huge fan of Amy’s and always will be! I can’t wait to read what she releases next!!!

4.5⭐️ Audible listen. I loved Ian and Grace’s story. It was very layered with a lot going on and many characters at play.

Ian, much like his brother Jace, didn’t feel worthy of love in any form. But what was interesting is how he almost immediately cared for Grace’s children. He was kind of bursting with love to give. It would appear as though he loved his career as a ruthless attorney but it was more of a cover to maintain distance from people and a hard outer shell. He wasn’t a nice guy to most people and he thrived off that Impression he gave. But there was just something a out Grace that pulled him to be better.

Grace was an incredible mother. She would do anything for her children. She saw the best in Ian and challenged him. She wasn’t a pushover in any sense but she was certainly living in fear. Her ex husband was an absolute nightmare! He had no regard or love for his own kids.

The Resolution was sad because Ian still had to put for his crimes but at least they got their HEA!

This was the story of Ian and it was truly an emotional journey from start to finish. A broken, bitter, angry man that paints himself a demon, a devil, not capable of love, not worthy of anything remotely mirroring happiness. It's all surface. All a front. Until he meets Grace. And true to her name that is what she was. Graceful. Loving. Beautiful. The epitome of everything Ian sees himself not worthy of. But from the minute he touches her, dances with her, picks her up from the road, there is no going back. He sees where it will end. He tries to fight it. But she opens something in him. Digs it out of the darkness, the obyss it's been hidden in and makes him feel. Even when he sees the wreckage coming he can't stop it. He will do anything he has to to save Grace, even if it means the end of all he thought he wanted.
A masterpiece of emotions, thus story had it all. I am utterly broken and than put back together again. I feel like a when 10 rounds with a heavy weight boxer and came out the other side. Alive, but different.
Well done to AL Jackson. Five starts are the most I can give this, but in NY heart it is worth so much more. Beautiful in all its ugly, heartbreaking realness.

Ian-Zian the Great, name says it all!

I’ll be honest, I only chose to read this book because I love the cover. This was my first book by this author, & though it started out a bit repetitive & slow, it captured me completely midway. I couldn’t put it down. I loved it.

Ian is a high profile lawyer trying to climb to the top with only that in his vision. He has no time for relationships or strings. That is until Hope literally crashes into his life with her kids and takes over his mind.

When she finds herself in a dangerous scenario, Ian is the only one that can help her. When he refuses, the decision to stick with that gets harder and harder. When he finally gives in, he gets way more than he bargained for.
