Still thoroughly enjoyed it for my second reading (Audiobook this time around.) And I'm still really looking forward to the next book in the series. I love Olivie Blake's writing.

I enjoy vibes-based books, but this one just didn't do it for me.

Read this book months ago but now I’m thinking about it again and this book makes me INSANE it’s one of my favorites. I was wary, because it got SO popular on tik tok and I was worried it was overhyped but like bro it liveD UP TO THE HYPE. I think about this book like every day no lie it’s so good. I absolutely love how every single character is in love with each other like absolutely peak group dynamic I love it I LOVE IT. Anyway I will fight every single person who calls Libby annoying (her corruption arc in book 2 is gonna change my life)

Boring AF

Yes, I've finally finished this book which was both disappointing and not. Disappointing because I've heard so many good things about this book but everything was unclear and dull. Not disappointing because I did not have high expectations, to begin with. I'll probably read the next book because that ending was intriguing. Still, this book lacked so many things.

4.5* I didn't love the first 100 pages and thought the introductions could've been shorter but after the 150 page mark I started to get very invested. I hadn't been that invested in a book in a while and especially the second half was very good imo. Will definitely pick up the second book sometime soon
