I loved this book and it’s a brilliant end to the duology (I would however love a spin off about the characters though) although there were parts in the ending I couldn’t quite visualise or grasp quite well overall it was really well written book and I was hooked so much I read from chp52-the end(chp75 or so) just wanting to see how the characters would resolve everything

So I'm going to be honest, I really wasn't a fan of this duology. I wish that I did because I love fairy tales and I loved the premise of the books and the LGBT+ representation in it. However, I just couldn't get attached to the characters. I'm not entirely sure what it was about them, but I wasn't swayed one way or the other when it came to their plights. Their issues were often repeated throughout the story as well. There was no growth on the character's part until the very end of this book. I didn't hate it, but I didn't like it either. I am still glad I finished it.

Overall, this was just an okay book for me. I would love to see what others feel about this book as well.
