This was actually really cute. The third act conflict did indeed piss me off lol but honestly I expected it.

This is the first book that I've read by Whitley Cox and I can tell you that she has gained a new reader. I'm a huge fan of single dad romance so I knew I had to read this one. The blurb had me sold on this book right away. Mark and his son Gabe are precious together. Some of my favorite scenes are between Gabe and Tori. Watching Gabe blossom under Tori's guidance was beautiful. There is a lot of emotion in this one. It makes you happy sigh, but also parts brig tears to yours eyes. Tori and Mark bring the heat. They sure do burn up the pages! It's a book that pulled me right in. Getting to know the other single dads in Mark's group I can't wait for more from this series!

This is the 2nd book I’ve read in the series (started with the Xmas #5 for the holidays). These seem to be easy reads with medium spice and fairly decent plot lines. My only complaint is the 3rd person writing. Wish it was in 1st but I know that’s not everybody’s jam.

Sweet and spicy. Tori and Mark are appealing and Gabe (a child with autism) is a well developed secondary character.

Cute

Post divorce romance. Easy read but predictable. If you want the by the book romance pattern its a good option.
