Ok so in reality I read Powerless four or five months back but after reading Fearless this week I decided that I needed to get something out.
1. I don’t enjoy reading enemies-to-lovers. Just not into it. This is entirely different. Best explained, this book is Paedyn and Kai holding knives to each other’s throats while flirting effortlessly. The banter was written perfectly for each of their personalities and was just fun to read. It was just unarguably hilarious.
Read this book. It’s great, okay.
(While you’re at it, read the rest of the trilogy too.)

Did you notice the protagonist is not like the other girls? Bc she’s really not like other girls. The author really wants you to know that.

And have you noticed Kai is irritating? Bc Kai is irritating? Being cocky and condescending is not rizz.
