I'm got a little confused at the "snake cop" part. It seemed rather out of the blue, but I can see how it can propel the plot forward a little bit. Probably would've been better a different way, since the reader has no connection to this sudden, new, mysterious rattlesnake.

The art is amazing as always, Legoshi's awkwardness is adorable, the development with Haru makes my heart ache, and I love seeing the relationship between Legoshi and Jack as well. This volume might not be my favorite but I enjoy the progression; excited to see what happens next.

Alright. That was good. A few new characters were introduced and I’m interested in seeing how important they will be to the plot. Especially Pina. Not gonna lie, I kinda want to see an intense rivalry between him and the carnivore drama club members. He seems so similar to Louis, but also WAY different. Speaking of Louis, I’m starting to accept his role in the Shishi-gumi more now that I’ve seen how he and the lions work the gang. This series is starting to make sense more. . . Oh! And Legoshi talking with Jack was so sweet. He better hug him as soon as he gets back!
